Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
2 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups peaches; 1 cup sliced and 1 cup diced
1/4 cup honey
pinch salt
Utensils:
whisk
large mixing bowl
knife
cutting board
mixing spatula
8 x 11 inch baking dish
Instructions:
prepare ingredients
preheat the oven to 375°F
get a large mixing bowl and add 2 cups of rolled oats
add 2 1/2 cups of almond milk to the bowl
add 1 tsp of cinnamon to the bowl
add 1 tsp of vanilla extract to the bowl
add 1/4 cup of honey to the bowl and whisk together to combine
add 1 cup of diced peaches to the bowl and toss together
grease an 8 x 11 inch baking dish
pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread out the peaches to evenly distribute
top the oats with the remaining sliced peaches and place in the oven at 375°F for 45-50 minutes or until set
allow the oatmeal to sit out and cool for 10 minutes before cutting and serving
When you are ready for serving eat for breakfast or a snack. Serve in a bowl and pour in some milk or eat it as a bar. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
