Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats blended into a flour
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup unsalted butter or ghee
1/2 cup compliant brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup fat-free milk or almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

9 x 9 inch baking dish

Instructions:
prepare ingredients
preheat oven to 325°F
grease and line a 9 x 9 inch baking dish with parchment paper
get a mixing bowl and add 2 cups of oat flour
add 1 1/2 cups of rolled oats to the bowl and mix it up a bit to evenly distribute and set aside
get a sauce pan and add 1/2 cup of butter
add 1/2 cup of brown sugar to the pan
add 1/4 cup of honey to the pan and place on the stove over medium heat until completely melted
once melted remove from heat and add 1/4 cup of milk
add 1 tsp of vanilla extract to the pan and whisk together
pour the mixture over the oats and toss together until there are no dry bits remaining
pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press it firmly to compact it together into an even single layer
place in the oven at 325°F for 15-20 minutes until set and golden
allow the bars to cool for 10 minutes before slicing
Store leftovers in an airtight container on the counter or fridge to last longer and eat for breakfast or a snack on-the-go.
