Ingredients:
1 banana
1 scoop Dymatize ISO 100 Whey Protein Powder or other protein powder
1 egg
2 tablespoons coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
coconut oil
Utensils:
mini waffle iron or regular waffle iron
small blender
Instructions:
preheat waffle iron
prepare ingredients
get a small blender and add all waffle ingredients into it
blend on high speed until completely smooth
allow the batter to sit for 2 minutes to thicken
spray the waffle iron with coconut oil so the waffles don't stick
pour batter into the heated waffle iron and cook until there is no longer steam coming out then carefully remove waffle
repeat with remaining batter
When you are ready for serving, top waffles with syrup, whipped cream, fruit, or any other toppings of choice. If you have leftovers put them in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
