Ingredients:
4 medium bananas or 3 large bananas mashed
4 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup butter or ghee melted
1 3/4 cups blanched almond flour
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
prepare ingredients
preheat the oven to 350°F
grease a loaf dish and line with parchment paper and set aside
get a large mixing bowl and add mashed bananas
add 4 eggs to the bowl
add 2 tsp of vanilla extract to the bowl
add 1/4 cup of melted butter to the bowl and whisk together to combine
add 1 3/4 cups of almond flour to the bowl
add 1/2 cup of tapioca flour to the bowl
add 1 tsp of baking soda to the bowl
add 1/2 tsp of baking powder to the bowl
add 1 tsp of cinnamon to the bowl
add 1/4 tsp of salt to the bowl and whisk together to fully combined
pour the banana bread mixture into the prepared loaf dish and make sure it spreads out evenly
place in the oven at 350°F for 50-60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean
remove bread from the oven and leave it in the dish to cool for at least 30 minutes before removing then allow it to cool completely on a wire rack
When you are ready for serving use a bread knife to cut the loaf into slices.
