Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium bananas or 3 large bananas mashed

  • 4 large eggs

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup butter or ghee melted

  • 1 3/4 cups blanched almond flour

  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Utensils:

  • large mixing bowl

  • fork

  • whisk

  • loaf dish

  • parchment paper


Instructions:

  1. prepare ingredients

  2. preheat the oven to 350°F

  3. grease a loaf dish and line with parchment paper and set aside

  4. get a large mixing bowl and add mashed bananas

  5. add 4 eggs to the bowl

  6. add 2 tsp of vanilla extract to the bowl

  7. add 1/4 cup of melted butter to the bowl and whisk together to combine

  8. add 1 3/4 cups of almond flour to the bowl

  9. add 1/2 cup of tapioca flour to the bowl

  10. add 1 tsp of baking soda to the bowl

  11. add 1/2 tsp of baking powder to the bowl

  12. add 1 tsp of cinnamon to the bowl

  13. add 1/4 tsp of salt to the bowl and whisk together to fully combined

  14. pour the banana bread mixture into the prepared loaf dish and make sure it spreads out evenly

  15. place in the oven at 350°F for 50-60 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean

  16. remove bread from the oven and leave it in the dish to cool for at least 30 minutes before removing then allow it to cool completely on a wire rack


When you are ready for serving use a bread knife to cut the loaf into slices.
