Ingredients:
Meatballs:
2 pounds mild italian pork sausage
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup parmesan cheese finely grated
1 handful parsley chopped
1 large egg
2 tablespoons butter melted
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sauce:
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 garlic cloves minced
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup lemon juice
4 tablespoons butter
1 heavy cream
1 tablespoon lemon pepper
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
4 ounces 1/3 fat cream cheese or full-fat cubed
1/3 cup parmesan cheese finely grated

large skillet
large mixing bowl

Instructions:
prepare ingredients
Meatballs Part 1:
get a large mixing bowl and add in 2 lbs of ground pork sausage
add 1/2 cup of finely grated parmesan cheese to the bowl
add 1 handful of chopped parsley to the bowl
mix all the ingredients together using your hands
add 2 tbsp of melted butter to the pork
add 1 tbsp of garlic powder to the pork
add 2 tbsp of black pepper to the pork
add 1 tsp of paprika to the pork
crack 1 large egg into the pork and mix together with your hands until everything is well incorporated
start forming the meatballs that are about 2 inches in diameter by rolling them with your hands and set them to the side on the cutting board
Sauce:
heat a sauce pan over medium-low heat
add 1 tbsp of olive oil to the pan
add 8 minced garlic cloves to the pan and heat until they begin to brown
pour 1/2 cup of white wine into the pan and allow it to cook down for 1 minute
pour 1 cup of lemon juice and whisk together and allow it to cook down for 1 minute
add 4 tbsp of butter to the pan and whisk continuously until melted
pour 1 cup of heavy cream into the pan and whisk together
add 1 tbsp of lemon pepper
add 1/2 tbsp of black pepper and whisk together
turn the heat down to a simmer and simmer for 10 minutes
right before serving add 4 ounces of cubed cream cheese
add 1/3 cup of finely grated parmesan cheese and whisk together until fully melted
Meatballs Part 2:
while the sauce is simmering heat a large skillet over medium-low heat and add 1 tbsp of olive oil and allow it to heat through
place the meatballs in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side using the tongs to flip them or until cooked through then turn off the heat
When you are ready for serving place meatballs on a plate then pour additional sauce over the top and sprinkle some chopped parsley if you desire.
