Ingredients:
Meat:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts diced into 1-inch cubes
1/2 pound bacon diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt
black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
Sauce:
1 tablespoon olive oil
8 garlic cloves minced
1/2 cup white wine
1 cup lemon juice
20 ounces grape tomatoes halved lengthwise
1 cup parmesan cheese
2/3 ounces basil chopped
pasta noodles of choice
Utensils:
large skillet
2 large mixing bowls
knife
cutting board
mixing spatula
tongs
Instructions:
prepare ingredients
Meat:
get a large skillet over medium-low heat and add 2 tbsp of olive oil
add 4 diced chicken breasts to a large mixing bowl
add 1 tsp of paprika to the chicken
add salt and black pepper to taste and mix until chicken is evenly seasoned
pour the seasoned chicken into the skillet and cook for about 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through then add it to a large mixing bowl and set aside
add 1/2 pound of diced bacon to the same skillet and cook to your preference then add it to the large mixing bowl along with the cooked chicken
Sauce:
in the same skillet add 1 tbsp of olive oil
add 8 minced garlic cloves to the skillet and heat until they begin to brown
pour 1/2 cup of white wine into the pan and allow it to cook down for 1 minute
pour 1 cup of lemon juice into the skillet
add 20 oz of halved grape tomatoes to the skillet
mix together with the spatula and allow it to cook down for 1 minute or until heated through then turn off the heat
Pasta:
pour the sauce into the mixing bowl over the chicken and bacon
add 1 cup of finely grated parmesan cheese to the bowl
add 2/3 oz of chopped basil to the bowl
add pasta of choice to the bowl and toss the pasta together until the noodles are evenly coated and the bacon and chicken have been well distributed
When you are ready for serving add the pasta to your plate making sure to get a little bit of everything and top with additional parmesan cheese.
